Beautiful setting, excellent breakfast, breathtaking view of St Aubin's bay.

Having to pay on arrival! Extremely noisy fans in bathrooms.

Nice hotel, but having stayed in other hotel in jersey it's not the best I have stayed in but the staff were good and very accomadating. I would stay again.

No indoor pool. I do prefer hotels with some kind of fitnees suite.

Good location, with comfortable rooms this includes the bar & dining room. The staff were all knowlegable about Jersey & gave good advice about places to go.

Just asked the night receptionist a couple of questions which she didn't answer or follow-up

having drinks on the terrace overlooking the bay, beautiful views' using the pool and having lunch in the bra

did not see a lift

The hotel was in good condition and the staff could not do enough for us. The food in the evening was also very good.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, excellent breakfast. Room was clean, comfortable and even though I had an inland room I still had a view of the bay.

The view from the breakfast room is stunning. You can walk into St Helier in 20mins.

Difficult access by foot Dangerous by car, which could easily be made easier by a mirror on the sides of the road allowing traffic coming to be visible

everything was very high standerd from the staff at the reception desk to the bar lounge and also the dinning erea who were all very pleasant and helpfull the rooms were very well kept and so comfortable i would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel

This beautiful hotel is situated close to all the conveniences of St. Helier but whilst you are at the hotel you are amongst the most beautiful scenery and sea views overlooking the terraced gardens. Everything is in the hotel's favour.

Unrivalled view, good size room with a huge, comfortable bed. Breakfast was also extremely good and the staff we encountered were very helpful.

The heating was still on even thought it was 20degrees and more, which made the rooms a too hot through the night. Check out time is the earliest I have ever come across and creates abit too much of a rush on the last day.

We liked the location, the food was excellent as was the service, the rooms were very clean & comfortable.
